ISRE operates under a Diamond Open Access publishing model.

The journal is financially supported by The University of Faisalabad. No revenue is generated through article processing charges (APCs), submission fees, publication fees, subscriptions, or reader access charges.

The journal does not rely on advertising, commercial sponsorships, paid promotions, or any financial incentives that could influence editorial decisions.

All editorial decisions are based exclusively on academic merit, originality, scientific quality, ethical standards, and the outcomes of independent peer review, ensuring complete editorial independence.
