No. Simultaneous submissions to other journals are strictly prohibited.

Manuscripts reporting human or animal research must provide evidence of ethical approval and informed consent in accordance with international standards and COPE.

33. Can authors know who the reviewers are, or can reviewers know the authors?
The journal follows a double-blind peer-review process. Authors cannot know the identities of reviewers, and reviewers cannot know the identities of authors.

Reviewers are selected by the editorial team based on their expertise, experience, and absence of conflicts of interest with the authors or the research group.
