Innovations in STEAM: Research & Education Journal (ISRE Journal) is committed to transparent, ethical, and equitable scholarly publishing practices in accordance with internationally recognized standards, including the principles of the Directory of Open Access Journals (DOAJ), Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE), and Open Access Scholarly Publishing Association (OASPA).
Diamond Open Access Policy
Innovations in STEAM: Research & Education Journal follows a Diamond Open Access publishing model. All published articles are freely and permanently accessible online without subscription or access charges for readers.
The journal does not charge any fees for manuscript submission, peer review, editorial processing, publication, online hosting, or access to published articles.
No hidden charges are imposed at any stage of the editorial, review, production, or publication process.
Submission Charges
The journal does not charge any manuscript submission fee. Authors may submit their manuscripts free of cost through the journal’s Online Journal System (OJS).
Article Processing Charges (APC)
The journal currently does not charge any Article Processing Charges (APC). Authors are not required to pay any publication or processing fee for accepted manuscripts.

Peer Review Charges
The journal does not charge any fee for peer review, editorial evaluation, or reviewer assignment. All peer review activities are conducted according to the journal’s ethical and academic standards without financial influence.
Fast-Track Review Policy
The journal currently does not offer paid fast-track review or expedited publication services. All submitted manuscripts are processed through the standard editorial and peer review workflow based solely on academic merit and editorial priorities.
Editing, Formatting, and DOI Charges
The journal currently does not charge fees for copyediting, language editing, formatting, layout design, plagiarism screening, DOI registration, or online hosting services.
All published articles receive DOI assignment through Crossref without additional cost to authors.
Waiver and Refund Policy
As the journal currently charges no fees, waiver and refund procedures are not applicable at this time.
Payment Transparency and Editorial Independence
Editorial decisions are made independently of financial considerations. Acceptance or rejection of manuscripts is based exclusively on scholarly quality, originality, ethical compliance, and reviewer recommendations.
The journal maintains full transparency regarding any current or future publication-related charges.
