Abstract

Women constitute half of society; therefore, it is no surprise that they are a focal point of interest for scholars, thinkers, and all societal institutions. Concern for women's affairs and efforts to improve their conditions inevitably lead to the betterment of society and its advancement on the right path. Conversely, neglecting women and ignoring their rights would distort society and negatively impact its progress in all aspects of life. Regardless of religious or non-religious perspectives, a study of the history of nations confirms that periods of prosperity in any civilization are those in which every individual knows their rights and responsibilities correctly, free from oppression, tyranny, and coercion.
